I purchased a 5.0 cubic freezer from Wal-Mart. I have my warranty through Curtis International.

I had the freezer for at least 6 months. After that it stop working. I call them and told them about the situation. They wanted me take pictures front and back of the freezer, state what was wrong, send address, etc ...

I did all those things sent in all info. Automated was sent back stating that they have receive my e-mail and wait for 2-3 business days that they will contact me. I waited still didn't hear anything from them. I called them and they told me give them a couple more days so I did.

Still nothing, I keep calling them and they keep telling me the same thing that someone is going to contact you. Basically they just give you a run around!!!!

Please stay away from them if you can. By far they are the worst!!!!
