Bought a tv on november 27th called customer service dec.5th contacted them again on dec.28th did not hear from them till feb 5th kept calling and finally feb 16th supposedly will get resolved

Review about: Curtis International Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Same thing happened to me. Bought tv in January, by February it stopped working.

Claim is still "being reviewed" according to the customer service center in the Philippines.

I decided to give the store I purchased it from (PC Richards) a call to see if there was anything they could do and being a stand up company, they had a service tech come out within 2 days and my TV was replaced on the 3rd day. Curtis intl is THE WORST company I've ever dealt with.Good Luck!

Did you get it resolved? I have been trying for 2 months to get past customer service.

Took 4 times to get a case number because they couldn't get my email address correct.

Then finally they had me send in pictures, history, sales proof. My case has been escalated up but still no progress made to resolve my problem
