Purchased a television last Nov, Was fine for a few months, then no picture or sound. Model(TCU5563) Have sent 8 emails with the required pics, warranty , sales receipt.
Many phone calls made for help, just to hear I will receive yet another email. I am a single mother, on a budget. Saved for the tv, and now have none!!!!! Case file CF0604182602.
I want a full refund. $463.04. I am going to social media soon if I don't hear back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't understand why there is a customer complaint number, yet nothing gets resolved.
And believe me, I have tried many times the trouble shooting in the manual. Why can't you stand behind your product!!!!! We have no tv repair services where I live, and I am sure not paying to ship a 55 inch tv to Ontario.
