Purchased a 43” TV that will not power on. Went thru the process to return the TV.

Followed the process took pictures and sent copy of receipt. From June until now, no reply. Can’t get permission today return the set.

Everytime I call, the want me to repeat the process. Bullshit Bullshit Bullshit Dead

Interesting because the same thing happened to me. After almost three weeks, now they claim there is physical damage to our 2 month old TV and the warranty is void.

I will never purchase another one of their products. I guess I should have researched before, then I would have know that this is now a knock off company.
