Bought a television nov.28,2017 contacted customer service December 5th sent info the asked for Dec 28th. Feb 5th received an email they did not receive any information called and they said someone would email me that day.

Never heard back. Feb 12th called again and same crap someone would email me that day. Feb 13th called back and was told the same thing. Feb 14th was on the phone all day well 5 hours.

Still didnt hear from anyone.

Feb 15th same thing. Feb 16th hopefully got it straightened out All this time poor sound on the television.
