Called 4 times and then email 4 times and received no help!

You make a good product based in Canada and support by your cheap labor customer service in the Philippines !

I think you have heard this a thousand times before, it does not work!

Stop selling to us US citizens and only sell to Canadians and Philippines! You want have a business very long!

Please have some corporate backbone and stand behind what you sell in the USA and have a rep here for us to talk to!

I need the two green switches noted in the attached pictures! I know you have them because they are in all the ice makers !

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $124.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
