Had a proscan TV for less than a year. Stopped working. Started warranty process. They wanted me to pay for shipping the TV to them so they could determine if it qualified for warranty service. It would have cost me more than TV was purchased for to ship it. Ridiculous.

Provided all required info, repeatedly . Tried repeatedly for over month after TV shipped and received by Curtis. All could get was "your case is being processed" and "we have no capability to elevate or get additional info". Wait to be contacted which never happened.
