Curtis International - Brought TV thru Walmart web site had problem with picture
Ibrought tv 55 in rca thru walmart web site from curtis. Picute had issurs first day call walmart made case # aftre three calls got email from curtis asking for pictures and reciept i sent everything they ask for .then wanted anouther pic of reciept thst i already sent just going to take tv back to walmart fof refund no customer service at curtis inc
Curtis International - 50 inch 4K rca smart tv
Ordered the tv for my sons birthday present. A few days after setting it up I’m the tv developed a line in the screen and then a few days later several dots along the bottom of the screen. I called Curtis international directly instead of Walmart for what I thought would be a better solution. A ridiculous long process and only email communication from them. Sending them pictures and all the information they wanted, for them to ingnore me for weeks! I emailed several times to get a resolution. Now 6 weeks after starting the claim they finally emailed back to say take it back to the store where it was purchased! Seriously a waste of time I will never buy anything from their company again

I bought a rca tv 49" Nov 22 2017.about a month before nov 22 a black line that looks like a chain link ,runs from the top to the bottom of the screen .Im still waiting for them to decide if they are going to cover the TV.I will never buy the stuff again

Curtis International - Missing cord
This company sucks! Will keep my eye on products they represent! Missing power cord on a ProScan Soundbar. Can’t tell me a company can’t cough up a power cord. Been fighting this since August 2018. They wanted me to smash the unit and send them stickers off of it. I’m not stupid. I may not get a replacement. I’m not that stupid. Yes I probably can buy a cord but that isn’t the principle of it.
Curtis International in Mississauga, Ontario - Very poor customer service
avoid this company and product at all cost. Purchased a iqloo 48 bottle wine cooler, the little plastic feet (2) was missing, they wanted a act of congress to replaced the feet. I am taking this piece of junk back and buy another brand.

Talked to dish tv went through every code we could find . Called Onn customer Service number and was basically told f— off and it sucks to be you. called wal mart and pretty much got the same attitude
Curtis International in Toronto, Ontario - Refuse to Honour Warranty
My TV developed an internal thermal crack; a manufacturer defect. Curtis continues to respond to my emails with the same template answer. They insist that there was physical damage to the unit, but this is not the case. I suggested that we a local technician of their choosing inspect the unit; they refused. They are suggesting that I contact my credit card company for coverage, which I think is unethical -- this is their unit and their warranty. They do not respond to direct questions, they will not escalate the situation. I just keep getting the same responses. They are an absolute scam.
Curtis International - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR WARRANTY
MY DEEP FREEZER WENT OUT, CONTACT THE COMPANY, THEY TO SEND THE INFO BY EMAIL I DID, THEN THEY SENT ME AN EMAILED ASKING TO SEND BY MAIL, EMAIL NEVER STATED TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER. THEY LOST MY INFO AND DON'T WANT TO REPLACE OR REFUND THIS IS BAD BUSINESS ON THIER BE HAVE. I ALSO CONTACT THE BBB AND THEY WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND

Tv went black screen within first year. Customer Service with warranty department is horrible. Still waiting for my refund at 30 days out. I've made a claim with BBB and will contact Attorney General next. They just repeat their emails and won't tell you anything but...Read more
