# cfo518182801I have been trying and trying to get my moms 50" tv replaced since may 21st and today is august 1st 2018 , I complied with every thing they ask of me and still keep asking for more , the last thing they asked me to do is destroy the tv take pictures and mail the sticker lable on the back to a Canada address and send with a tracking # that was sent july 18th....well us post office dont give tracking numbers to Canada I'm sure Curtis International know this by now ....still NO responce back ,then they send responce saying send tracking information knowing that I can't provide that information ! Why are they playing games with the consumer ! I will never buy RCA ever again , the tv lost all power after 3months ....this is really sad for a company !!
