I bought a water cooler on sale, love the look of it. Only one left on the shelf. I brought it home, opened it up, and the water connection was broken. There wasn’t another one at the store so I was told to call the warranty line. The same day that I bought this thing I called the support line. After a rather frustrating experience I had a ticket created. I sent the receipt, and several pictures. I received 2 follow up calls to see if I had heard from anyone yet...strange I said not to resolve it, both times I was told that they weren’t the one to help me and to wait. (Why call if not to help?). A few days later I received a short email. 3 sentences. “It appears from the pictures its a Physical damage and it's not covered by warranty.

Also, the part is not in stock.

You may try any local appliances shop for repair.”

I was beyond mad. I tried to call and replied to the email I received. BUY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Consumers beware! Angry
