Have had a wine cooler for less than two years. It is giving an error code and beeping about every 10 minutes.

I called and gave them all the information they requested (model number, serial number, date of purchase and location of purchase). They then emailed me back asking for all the same information. I sent the exact same information again and did not hear back for 2 weeks. I called back and was told my issue would be elevated.

I waited 3 more days and called back again and they said, again, it would be elevated but they had never received my email.

Customer service is a complete joke.

I have talked with 3 reps and they answer no questions, just keep repeating the same information over and over. My guess is they just want to get rid of the customer and keep selling the same crap do the same to the next customer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
